Your bed awaits
You're all staying onsite with us. Your room below is your booking — no need to contact Cloughjordan. Check in at reception when you arrive — unless you're staying in the Dairy, in which case check in at the Dairy itself. Payment is taken on arrival or check-out. Everyone is in from the 15th to the 17th unless tagged otherwise, and a fabulous breakfast is included every morning.

The Cowsheds
Around the Cowshed Lounge (sofas, fridge, and a piano) — sheds 1–3 and 15–18 face the lounge.

What to bring & good to know
What to bring
- Parents: crayons or coloured pencils for colouring at the dinner table — a colouring sheet will be provided for each child.
- Weather-appropriate everything: it's Ireland in September, so check the forecast near the time. The ceremony and drinks will be outside if the weather allows — and inside if it doesn't.
- Considered footwear: there are gravel paths between the rooms and the party space, grass if the reception is outside, and forest floor if the ceremony is. Choose your shoes with caution (or pack a backup pair).
- A swimsuit for the sauna & cold plunge.
Lunch on the wedding day
The Middle Country Café is a 5-minute walk into the village if you fancy grabbing lunch. There's also a chance there'll be leftovers from the night before to snack on — we're confirming with the venue.
Otherwise: we're told breakfast is generous for those staying the night before, and canapés start at about 15:30.
Drinks
Pre-evening (the 15th) there's a pay bar. On the wedding day, drinks are provided at the reception, wine at dinner, and an open bar after dinner.
Sauna sessions
The sauna & cold plunge arrive at 3pm on the 15th, and sessions run from then til late — then again on the morning of the 16th until 13:00. We mind the fire ourselves; you bring the swimsuit.
The kitchen garden
There's a walled kitchen garden onsite that you're welcome to wander — a good deal of what you'll eat is grown right there, and the glamping pods live inside its walls. See it on the Cloughjordan gardens page.

We've allocated you to your room — you'll pay Cloughjordan directly on arrival or at check-out in September. Full room details are on the Cloughjordan accommodation page.

Worth knowing
A fabulous breakfast is included both mornings. Basic toiletries, linens and hairdryers are provided. The pods share the glamping bathroom block; Cowshed folk get the lounge (with a piano). There are two resident dogs, Monty and Mack, for your canine fix. And one practical note: taxis in Cloughjordan must be pre-booked — signage at the bar will show what's booked and when.
